Walgreens CFO Arrested for 2nd DUI
The Chief Financial Officer of Walgreen Co. has been arrested for driving under the influence for the second time in just over a year.
Wade Miquelon, 45, was pulled over in Kenilworth because his taillight was out. He was then asked to submit a breathalyzer test, which he refused, and he failed the field sobriety test. He also received a citation for driving with a suspended license.
His previous arrest, in September 2009, was for speeding, improper lane change, and driving under the influence. He paid a fine and agreed to a year of supervision. He was still under court supervisor when he was arrested the second time.
Miquelon is facing up to a 3 year license suspension if he is convicted of a second DUI.
