Two Shootings this Morning

Earlier this morning, two men were shot as they sat in their car in the West side. Thisshooting left one of the men (28 years old) and the other in critical condition.

The second shooting occurred around 9 a.m. near the Pink Line in the Lawndale neighborhood, officers said.

Two individuals, both around 19, were shot in the 2100 block of South California Avenue, an officer said. They drove themselves to St. Anthony Hospital and later transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, he said.
